The 5th Annual Copper Chef Challenge and BBQ will take place at Loews Ventana Canyon on the Kiva Patio and in the Kiva Ballroom on Sunday, October 30th from 11 to 3 pm. This popular event appeals to all ages and features outstanding brunch and barbecue offerings from Tucson Originals restaurants, as well as youth cooking demonstrations, surprise “throw-downs,” a pumpkin carving contest and the main event – the Copper Chef Challenge. Taking center stage this year – current Copper Chef Addam Buzzalini, Executive Chef at Maynards Market and Kitchen will be challenged by Chef Ryan Clark, Executive Chef at Lodge on the Desert. You won’t want to miss these two rising star chefs dazzle you with their “out of the box” beef creations using the “secret” ingredient.
