FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If I ordered my tickets on line, will they be mailed to me?
  • Your name will be listed at Will Call at each event. Please bring either your confirmation or identification to the check in. If you have made reservations through the Tucson Culinary Festival office, your tickets will be mailed to you.
  • What if my tickets were purchased for me under another person’s name?
  • Reservations will be under the buyer’s name. Please give the name when checking in and show your identification.
  • Will there be adequate parking at the resort?
  • The hotel is has increased its valet parking for the convenience of our guests.
  • Is there assigned seating at any of the events?
  • The Reserve and Grand Tastings are cocktail events. There is open seating at both seminars and the “Sun”day Brunch. The brunch is set with tables of 10.
  • What is the dress for the event?
  • "Resort Wear" for evening is the usual dress for all of the events.
  • Will food be served at the World Margarita Championship?
  • Light snacks will accompany the margarita tasting.
  • If I bid on the “Top Table” at the “SUN”Day Brunch and do not win, will there still be seats available at the brunch?
  • All bidders on the “Top Table” are guaranteed seating at the brunch at the $75 PP price if they still choose to attend.
  • Are event tickets tax deductible?
  • A portion of proceeds will go to our three charities, however event tickets are not tax deductible.
