If I ordered my tickets on line, will they be mailed to me?
Your name will be listed at Will Call at each event. Please bring either your confirmation or identification to the check in.
What if my tickets were purchased for me under another person’s name?
Reservations will be under the buyer’s name. Please give the name when checking in and show your identification.
Will there be adequate parking at the resort?
The hotel is has increased its valet parking for the convenience of our guests.
Is there assigned seating at any of the events?
The Margarita, and Reserve & Grand Tastings are cocktail-style events.
What is the dress for the event?
"Resort Wear" for evening is the usual dress for all of the events.
Will food be served at the World Margarita Championship?
Light snacks will accompany the margarita tasting.
Are event tickets tax deductible?
A portion of proceeds will go to our designated charities, however event tickets are not tax deductible.
Are rooms available at Ventana Canyon Resort?
Tucson Culinary Festival has a special rate of $139 per night. Please ask for the Tucson Culinary Festival rate when making your reservation. To book you room please call 520-299-2020. Reservations must be made 30 days prior to the event.
Will there be gluten free options available?
YES!! We have 3 members that will be at the Grand Tasting and will have gluten-free items:
Lotus Garden: Beef w/ veggies and rice
Eclectic Pizza: Hummus tostadas
Tamale Co: Various tamales
